Olga Karobkoff

Olga has extensive hands-on operations experience working in early-stage venture-financed companies with expertise in finance, budgeting, human resources management, and contract administration.  Most recently, Olga served as Director, Finance & Administration for Aeluros Inc. where she managed all financial and administrative functions of the company.  Prior to that she spent 5 years as Director of Operations at CrossLogix Inc. where as one of the initial employees she established policies and procedures and managed finance, contract administration, human resources, IT, and administration for the corporate, US-based, and foreign offices.  Early in her career Olga worked at SRI International gaining wide experience in managing the finances of government and commercial projects.  She holds a BA in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College.

Suzie Teixeira-Vargas

Suzie brings with her over 10 years experience in finance, accounting, tax, and business administration.  As a Financial Consultant at Aeluros Inc. she organized the accounting department, executed daily operations, and led the company through audit.   Her previous experience included 4 years at CrossLogix, Inc. as the Assistant Controller where she had hands-on experience and supervisory responsibilities in the accounting department, general administration, and coordination of facilities.  As a partner in Coastside Printers Suzie gained extensive experience in all aspects of the printing business and was instrumental when the company transitioned from a partnership to sole proprietorship.  Prior to that Suzie’s familiarity and understanding of financial reporting and taxes resulted from working in a CPA firm.  She holds a BA in Business Management from San Jose State University.
